Our Journey
​​As part of his journey to expand his culinary knowledge and discover new avenues, Bill took on the challenge of baking and bread making. After several series of classes at the San Francisco Baking Institue he found himself absorbed in bread making and spent countless days baking bread to perfect his vision. So much so, he had to bring bread to his friends, family, and even some local businesses to offload the sheer amount of excess he was making.

Now equally in love with barbeque and bread, Bill had a revelation! He didn't have to choose between just being a baker or a meats guy. He could be both! What's a barbeque without some carbs after all? He started small with catering events for friends which eventually led to new connections and new opportunities. Now Bill enjoys catering to small private and corporate events while also selling his favorite breads as standalone items.

Seoul Bread & Brisket is the culmination of Bill's love for his homeland flavors, the joy of a family style barbeque, and the warm comfort of a fresh loaf of bread.
