Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Seoul Bread & Brisket, we take pride in providing quality baked goods and exceptional catering services. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all customers, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:

Bread Orders

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review.

Catering Services

• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 7 business days' notice is required to cancel a catering event.

• Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the event will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • 25% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • 50% Cancellation Fee: Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
